Job Openings Salon Operations Lead Retail Team - Mequon, Wisconsin Department Retail Team Employment Type Full Time Minimum Experience Manager/Supervisor Neroli Salon & Spa is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Salon Operations Lead to lead our team to consistently deliver a 5-star guest experience. This role focuses on coaching, mentoring, and inspiring the retail team to ensure guests receive a memorable and elevated experience from beginning to end. The Salon Operations Lead will help meet overall salon & spa benchmarks by overseeing key aspects of daily operations, focusing on staff development, retail success, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-in/check-out, appointment scheduling, payment processing, and store opening/closing procedures. Lead by example to foster a culture of professionalism, hospitality, and accountability. Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of new hires to ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience. Coach and guide non-technical team members through regular feedback and development planning. Monitor and drive retail performance through strategic goal-setting, product education, and coaching. Maintain strong product knowledge in Aveda and Ultraceuticals to support team development and guest consultations. Conduct one-on-one meetings and performance reviews to support ongoing team development. Ensure Aveda rituals and concierge services are consistently executed to brand standards. Collaborate with senior leadership on operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Qualifications 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role Experience in a salon and spa setting Previous retail and/or salon management experience Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for guest service.
