Position Summary

We are looking for a Night Auditor to manage the hotels front desk during evening and overnight shifts. This role combines guest service responsibilities with end-of-day reporting and financial balancing.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests during evening/overnight hours

• Perform check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately

• Balance daily transactions and prepare financial reports

• Resolve guest issues and ensure safety/security overnight

• Communicate effectively with morning staff regarding guest needs

• Maintain compliance with Hilton brand standards and hotel policies

Qualifications

• Previous Hilton brand experience mandatory
  
  
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts

• Excellent guest service and communication skills

• Basic accounting or cash-handling experience preferred

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
