Phaxis Education is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a wonderful school district near Yelm, WA. This full-time role includes supervising 7 BCBA Assistants and collaborating with teachers and staff to improve student outcomes. The district is known for its supportive environment and student-centered focus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor 7 BCBA Assistants
• Conduct FBAs and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Train and coach teachers and staff in behavior strategies
• Collect and analyze data to track progress
• Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and administrators

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience in school settings preferred
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
