Start Date:09/22/2025 A LEVEL 1 FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SCOPE OF WORK INVOLVES PERFORMING BASIC PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, AND GENERAL UPKEEP ON BUILDING SYSTEMS LIKE HVAC, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, PAINTING, AND DRYWALL REPAIRS UNDER THE DIRECTION OF SENIOR STAFF. THIS ROLE INCLUDES RESPONDING TO MAINTENANCE REQUESTS AND EMERGENCIES, CONDUCTING ROUTINE FACILITY AND GROUNDS INSPECTIONS, MAINTAINING RECORDS, AND POTENTIALLY ASSISTING WITH PROJECT WORK TO ENSURE A HIGH STANDARD OF APPEARANCE AND SAFETY.
