Experienced Air Duct Cleaning Technician Pay: $1,000 - $1,600 per week with $500 Signing Bonus

Our Traverse City, MI location is currently looking for an Experienced  Air Duct Cleaning Technician to join our rapidly growing team. Our ideal Air Duct Cleaning Technician candidate will enjoy meeting new people and seeing immediate results from the work they do. • 1-3 weeks of training to learn Modernistic technology/processes before becoming Lead Tech
• Delight customers by providing outstanding service in their homes and businesses
• Work with a partner to provide quality air duct cleaning services to industry standards for residential and commercial customers
• Lead & Manage your truck and assistant in the field
• Educate customers on the benefits of additional services Modernistic can offer
• Stock your vehicle with equipment and supplies each day while maintaining its cleanliness & organization

• 1+ year of Air Duct Cleaning experience required
• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen & background check
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs. or more
• Exceptional communication skills
• Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude
• Dependable with reliable transportation
• NADCA certifications are a plus, but not required
