Overview Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH, Sales & Marketing Part Time Email Marketing Strategist LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a part time email marketing strategist with 5 or more years of experience for a contract opportunity for a food & beverage organization in Washington DC. This 100% remote but MUST live in the DC, Maryland, Virgina. This is a great contract role that offers the opportunity to work with a results-oriented and dedicated team. Responsibilities Responsible for implementing, and refining email marketing strategies to boost audience engagement, nurture prospective leads, and contribute to broader marketing objectives. Support the enhancement of email marketing strategies tailored to achieve specific campaign objectives, such as lead generation, customer retention, promotional outreach, and conversion optimization. Oversee the complete lifecycle of email campaigns, from strategic planning and creative brief development to content coordination, setup, testing, and final deployment. Track and evaluate key email performance indicators—including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, deliverability, and unsubscribe rates—to generate actionable insights and optimize future campaigns. Execute A/B testing across key email components—including subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times—to drive continuous performance improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Twilio, or Attentive) Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities by interpreting data, identifying patterns, and transforming insights into strategic, results-driven actions. Demonstrated experience with marketing automation and building complex email workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience working in food and beverage or hospitality industry. Experience 5 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns.
