Craft Bartenders

Continental is seeking experienced Craft Bartenders who bring professionalism, creativity, and passion to every pour. Key Responsibilities

Daily Service

  • Set up and break down bar stations efficiently
  • Prepare fresh juices, syrups, garnishes, and batch cocktails as needed
  • Use jiggers and other proper techniques to craft cocktails with accuracy
  • Manage beverage stations (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
  • Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked workspaces
  • Assist with event setup, service, and teardown when needed
  • Provide expert-level service and drink recommendations to guests
  • Support teammates and practice lateral service across departments
  • Execute every event with polish, professionalism, and energy
  • Guest Experience & Brand Representation

    • Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests
    • Communicate clearly with service, culinary, and management teams
    • Be an ambassador of our values and commitment to excellence

    Product Management

    • Handle bar equipment, beverage products, and glassware with care
    • Minimize waste through proper portioning and inventory awareness
    Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

    2+ year of craft bartending experience

    Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and both classic and modern cocktail recipes.

    Ability to memorize new recipes and execute complex orders efficiently

    Skilled in using jiggers, preparing syrups/infusions, and batching cocktails

    Comfortable in fast-paced, upscale service environments

    Preferred: TIPS certified (or willing to obtain)
