Part time position. Flexible hours - can/will work around your availability. NOT ENTRY LEVEL. JOB REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED. 3+YEARS BOOKKEEPER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. QUICKBOOKS proficiency is a MUST! Extremely busy office. 2 businesses - 1 owner. Must be efficient, very organized, and love working with numbers.
Accounting experience required. Reconciliation experience required. Days/Hours can be flexible to your scheduling needs and availability.
IN-OFFICE bookkeeper will need to be able to perform a multitude of general accounting tasks, like process payroll utilizing Intuit Assisted Payroll every 2 weeks, monthly & quarterly taxes for both companies, and working with the CPA for periodic reviews. MANY general accounting tasks, invoicing, account reconciliation, entering daily, weekly, monthly financial transactions.Must be available to start work in office, not a remote job listing!
180-day Probationary Period must be completed, then benefits will include: Paid sick leave, select paid holidays off, more details given during interview.
All required testing will be performed at the expense of Company after a job offer has been made and accepted by you. A licensed lab will conduct the drug screening.
