He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts major in Advertising Arts degree from the University of Bohol.
Vitor’s winning entry titled “Kulbahinam nga Laraw” is a 53×89-inch, hyper-surreal that is portrait of fellow Boholano artist and environmentalist Pedro Angco, who collects marine debris and turns them into works of art.
He created the painting as a means of motivating himself to produce greater works in the future. “Kulbahinam” meaning excited. It projects his feelings about pursuing his goal of creating better art.
“This painting shows a courageous message: a dream without a goal is just a dream. That’s why you must create the best of what you’ve planned, despite the doubts.”
